"- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the premium builders in
Thane.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Coordinating with the presales team and following up with the leads
provided.
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions
that suit them.
- Keeping in touch with clients via calls, SMS and emails to update / notify
them about the development.
- Taking the appointment of the customers and visiting the sites with the
customers.
- Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of
clients.
- Bringing the customer to closure and gradually closing the deal by
completing all the legal and monetary formalities."
