"Responsibilities:
Engage with automotive mechanics and retailers, persuading them to become
users or stockiest of our clients products.
Educate mechanics about the offers and schemes launched by the client in the
market, assisting them in availing of the associated benefits.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area, leveraging field experience and
extensive market knowledge.
Facilitate the expansion of the secondary retail network for automotive lubricants.
Work towards achieving the desired product mix targets for the designated area.
Promote the client's brand through local activations such as meets, campaigns,
point of sale promotions, etc.
Requirements:
A graduate degree is required for this position.
Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in sales and marketing of automotive
lubricants is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
mechanics, retailers, and distributors.
Strong market intelligence and knowledge of the respective region.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
